Hello! Thank you for your question. This is the linden leaf gall. Nothing to worry about. A tiny insect or mite gets into the leaf tissue and the leaf responds by making these structures. The damage is cosmetic only but some cases heavily infested leaves might fall off. Nothing to worry about and treatment is not needed.
