this tree has iron chlorosis and now the bark is starting to come off of the trunk on the south side. I have been putting 333 magnees and 138 Sprint on it for probably 4 or 5 years. I am wondering if it is time to give up and start over or keep trying this

I would like it to grow to 5-6 feet.
I was told a burning bush would be great to plant for privacy between neighbors yards. I bought 3 at Home Depot and read the instructions when I got home and I bought a Dwarf Burning Bush. Are these small? I would like them to grow tall. Should I get something else?
